About The Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cairo. The Administrative Assistant will provide vital administrative support to our management team and contribute to our success by ensuring seamless administrative processes and a welcoming atmosphere. This is a full-time position based at our office location in Cairo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars and schedules of senior management, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Receive and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing accurate and timely responses or forwarding to the appropriate individuals.
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
